Not in a markspersons league. I'm being reasonable.

A bench role player with limited minutes, like a baseball pinch hitter but for scoring, is very realistic.

    Not necessarily.
    Yes.
    Yes.
    Yes!
With your new ideas, this is getting better and better. The league is so ****ed anyway.

Dude respectfully, you are talking out of your A$$. This is not a sexist matter its a human anatomy matter. Although there are very talented women out there in basketball or in many other sports compared with men they are at a physical disadvantage, we are bigger, faster, and stronger. Sure a WNBA talent would probably destroy me or you or many amateur basketball players out there, but they wouldnt stand a chance against a pro not matter how bad the pro is, its just another level.

The US woman soccer team are great. They have been world champions and they deserve all the praise in the world, on the other hand the US men soccer team are nowhere nearly that good against other nations, there are probably 15 to 20 nations better than the US playing soccer, but if the men played the women for real it would not end well for the women, believe me.

This would happen in plenty of sports, take tennis for example. The Williams sisters have been dominating the WTA for years. They are very skilled but most of all Physically they have been at a whole different level then their female peers, they are bigger, faster and stronger than the other girls (sounds familiar?) and this is why they have been so great for so long.

Did you know that they have always claimed that they should make as much money as men and that they are as good as any man?, and did you know that back in the late 90s they even challenged a guy ranked 200 in the ATP to a match to prove this? This match happened in Australia in 1998 against a german dude called Karsten Braasch ranked 203 at the time, who was famous for smoking during breaks, yes you read that right! Braasch prepared for this game with a few beers a round of golf in the morning and after that he played one set against each of them and destroyed them 6-1 and 6-2, they never stood a chance and of course they never asked to play for real against a dude again, just google this.

This is not sexism its just nature

What happens when some of them get pregnant during the first week of training camp?

What happens when one is a feminist and starts trying to get the male players out of the playoffs on sexual assault charges for post ups?

Women's futbol can destroy men's futbol in the US. A late nineties woman is a lot different than the current woman. Women's empowerment hadn't even begun to happen and women are closer than ever before to being "counterparts" (ugh).

It's not nature. It's mentality. If you make women believe this garbage they will never be free. But that's probably whats wanted.

    a) there is no way in hell the US women soccer team could come close to beating the men. The men were just badly beaten in the Copa America's semifinals by Messi's Argentina, are you telling me they would have had a better shot against Argentina than the men? By the way the US soccer team got there by beating Ecuador, do you know that Ecuador currently shares the lead of the South American World cup qualifiers with Uruguay? Do you know that Ecuador beat Argentina in Argentina in the first round of the Qualifiers? Are you for real?

    b) examples like the one i gave you have been repeated over the years, Tennis is a great example because men and women have done this "battle of the sexes" $hit several times. are the 90's too far away for you? ok another example, a 44 years old Yannick Noah, Joakim's dad, who had been retired for almost 10 years played an exhibition match against Justine Henin who was then #1 in the world. He played most of the game with slices and drop shots to give Henin a chance, he still won quite easily. This happend around 2004 i believe. Oh and just as a funny anecdote Noah wore a dress the entire game.

    c) whatever man, there are plenty of examples of women trying to compete against men in contact sports and getting destroyed, its just nature, you want to turn this in to a sexism issue thats on you. My wife is extremely smart probably smarter than me, she has a great job and has a lot of future and i totally root for her to succeed, from my point of view she is free to do as she pleases, including leaving me if that makes her happy, but there is one thing i am sure of, if we were to arm wrestle i would brake her arm, i guess that makes her my slave then.....

    d) why dont you ask for women to play in the NFL to see what happens.... :rolleyes:X2

Its obvious, its just a whole different level. Imagine that if the Under 17 boys won 8-2 against the women world champions, what would happen if they play against the first team? its just absurd!! What would happen if they played against the world champs Germany?? It would be a destruction worthy of Game of Thrones

No. That wouldnt be my goal. My goal was is to end women's ignorance. I'd say I've done a good job at being the goaly.

Keep in mind the aloof and happy mentality of under 17 and the eagerness of guys that age.

Meant aloof and happy mentality of USWNT. For sure they didn't treat it like a world cup game while U17 did.

Strength isn't as required to get off a shot. At 44 a man still has much more muscle mass. What's greater than my use of time is 'mans' use of slavery, which the evidence of lingering effects is still prevalent in all forms today although recovery is swift and very quick. Serena is not in her prime but id like to think she'd win against a Noah.

There are shooting percentages that exist in the NBA that if adjusted would pale in comparison to great shooters in the WNBA. Soccer is not as contact as people think and if the stigma of man vs woman was completely removed the contest would be a lot more fair. I wasn't the one who said women have no chance of competing against men. So in all regard, you my sirs have turned this debate into one about sexism.

So they did not treat the game seriously then? or the old "they let them win" argument.... The girls were probably worried that the kids would feel bad if they lost against girls right?

But nah dude thats not what happened. The goal of playing friendly scrimmage games is to play against competition that is better or at least on the same level than you to improve, they were going to the Olympics so i am sure they were taking it seriously. The Under 17 side was (is) just that much better than the USWNT. Among the the women the USWNT is elite, but compared to the men its just nowhere near a competitive level.

    "It's mentality."
    Okay.

Women do excel vs men at a large variety of tasks. But physical feats, that is not the sector that men and women are comparable.

They could play by the same unwritten rules that women play in pickup games:

    1. They can only play when the opposing woman is also playing.

    2. Woman will guard woman.

    3. When a switch is forced, men on offense cannot attempt to cross the woman or embarrass her in any other way.

    4. When guarded by a woman, the men may either pass the ball, shoot a long jumper, or wait until the double comes to pass it off.

    5. Men can't jump to attempt to block their shot nor attempt to rip it from them.

    Feel free to add more.

These pro women aren't some young sibling that dribbles with two hands.

And those pro men aren't 5-10 and incapable of dunking with two hands.

    I don't believe you're serious.
