Right now, and hopefully in the future as well, we won't have to choose between them. They are both Rockets and can both help our team. I think they compliment each other. On D, if Francis man gets by him, Eddie can be that mistake eraser that the team really needs. Francis can draw double teams, penetrate and dish to Eddie, who will benefit by that. They are both young and will hopefully be a part of this team for a long time. They can learn and grow as players together and have a superstar chemistry.
Griffin is one hell of a player. He's an excellent all-round player. This kid really has a feel for the game. In comparing Francis and Griffin, I think Francis will always have a couple of things over Griffin (assists, speed, possibly scoring?), but in the end Griffin will be the more sought after player. Hopefully they both stay on the Rockets for years to come.
