i stilll don't expect much, he didn't show ANYTHINg last year, not even the shot. i think he will eventually have a place in the league but i think its still another year away, i think this year we will get flashes, a few monre minutes and inconsistant performances with the good ones being hope for the future.

my only expectation for him: stop running like a headless chicken in the defensive end.

The way Novak played in college seems to match up better with Rick Adelman's system, where he is coming off of screens and moving without the ball etc.....

I honestly don't know what to expect from him, he could be a solid player to someone buried on the bench.

I think a lot will depend on the Rockets roster, if they have a banger at the PF spot, Novak could come in as a change of pace, if they have a good shooting PF then Hayes may get the change of pace minutes.

Novak could see time at the SF, but with the crowded situation of 2s and 3s....that is not likely.

Now, if Battier gets traded, then it may open up some time for him.....I guess I am trying to say it is too early to tell, let's see how the roster shapes up before answering expectations.

48.5 mpg, 50.4 ppg, 25.7 rpg, 2.4 apg on 50.6% from the field. Unfortunately he will be a liability late in the game with his 61.3% FT shooting.

I would love to see Novak next season and I think Adelman will use his range. I think he would be a great guys for us just a shooter who will kill the other teams.

you'd obviously expect him to get a little better this year. As a rookie, he was completely overwhelmed on the court which is to be expected for a player like him. He needs to be able to handle on the ball pressure and of course get stronger and not give up layups.

Maybe get 10 mpg this year? I won't expect much from him so that I can be pleasantly surprised.

if we're keeping him, then he needs to play at least 5 mpg.
