Jean and t-shirt most of time. Dress shirt and khakis if I have to go to meetings. But I could get away with this because I'm an intern programmer. It's probably gonna change once I get a real job.
anything i want. shorts flip-flops in the summer. I live in austin and work on the phone all day, pretty casual.
We don't have a strict code. Some guys push it too far by wearing a drifit t shirt tucked into jeans. I usually wear a nicer pair of jeans and a polo or button down. 2-3 times a week slacks and a button down.
I've always wondered this but what are the differences between dress shirts and polo shirts and what are the differences between khakis and slacks? Sorry.
I dress myself. Sheesh! You mean to tell me all you married guys are dressing your wives for work? Saps!
Business Casual Monday through Thursday. Sometimes I wear a tie like this. On Fridays I kick it back and go casual with layered polo look. Then I hit the club scene with this number.
Dress pants and dress shirt M-Th. Boxers and a t-shirt on Fridays since I get to work from home every friday.
I'm almost too lazy to have 2 different wardrobes. Monday - Thursday = business casual: usually a nice top (button-down or otherwise (no polo)), slacks/(knee-length)short slacks/skirt, Skechers ballet flats. Not too business-y, more on the casual side of things. Friday = jeans day. If it's a themed jeans day, I tend to follow the theme (like rivalry week) Otherwise, I just replace my slacks/skirts/shorts with jeans.
Today i'm wearing a "super dad" shirt... because I slept in it.... Later when I go to the store I will wear... something... something very cool
I typically wear jeans and a t-shirt or polo. Since I was going to MMP after taking a half-day yesterday, I wore cargo shorts, a t-shirt and flip-flops. We only have a dress code if clients are going to be in the office.
Business Casual M-F. No jeans day on Fridays. I tend to wear slacks with dress shirts or blouses with high heels or flea killers like my boss call them. Skirts aren't really my thing.
Such a shame, a cute girl in skirt, nylons and heels is my weakness. So you wear Hilary Clinton-type pantsuits?
Office: jeans, polo or t-shirt, hiking boots. During the summer: More info here if you're interested: http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/fire/figh_nf.html (Note: The guy in this photo is friend of mine and while we don't look alike, we have roughly the same build, though I'm slightly taller. Instead of the coat he's wearing, I have a Nomex Fleece (lighter and packs better) and instead of the traditional boots shown here I have these: Which meet all our requirements: Vibram soles and all leather (you have to switch out the laces). They're much more comfortable than the traditional boot. And, I like these kinds of pants better: They're kevlar and hold up better than nomex, particularly when there are lots of pointy plants around that can snag your clothing. Also, I never carry chainsaws or bladder bags (40 pounds of water on your back!) but I always carry a shovel because it's just the right height to lean on while watching others. Needless to say, I don't do any of the real work.
