Play with a speed bag. Wrapping my knuckles & wrists is therapuetic. Pop the bag slow at first and when James Brown's "Popcorn " comes on-increase the speed . Walk on the elliptical 25 min or so. Walk my golden retriever- she loves it. Have sex with my woman- just kidding - more prep involved there (not like fast food)- rub her back. Have 1 glass of a good red wine with her with some bread. If it is work related- I always go back to the issue bothering me and try to work out a "plan of attack"-may not work- but it makes me feel better having a plan. If all else fails - go for a swim.....
I'm not up for it just yet. Thought I was but found out last night that I'm not. I am going to take you up on that offer, though. Plus, they're filming a poker commercial at the bar I go to on Sundays (and Saturdays and Thursdays...**** it, probably Mondays and Tuesdays now, too) this afternoon and giving away a seat at the WSOP.
