I'll put in my 2 cents. First it shouldn't matter what you wear. If your smart and good looking then your good to go. But the reason why he might not be interested in you is because he has a g/f, and he might be a few people that don't cheat on their relationship.

It's funny how women work. They see a man with another girl and all of them want to be with that man. When a man is taken/unattainable, they want him more because they can't have them. If he's not looking and he has a girlfriend, well first of all he's definitely checking you out when you aren't looking but even though he is he might actually be happy and in love and not willing to give it up. See how thin and light the material on this skirt is. It's work appropriate and the material gives the illusion that there is very little between him aka all men and what's underneath your skirt. That's the kind of stuff that gets men's primal urges going which makes him aka all men think about you all day. Also, try watching the news, local and 24 hour news networks for other ideas. Especially Fox News, home of the bimbos. They know how the straddle the line between appropriate and sexy.

And your post is double fail as what you quoted never said that Rosie, no matter what she is wearing, is hotter than Scarlett no matter what she is wearing - the best that RO could ever hope is to be an equal to SJ and I gave the one example where that could happen.
