    The team that has it the worst is probably the Browns, they are in a division with the Steelers and Ravens.

    Buffalo
    Detroit

    Only teams to not make the playoffs since the Texans began play in 2002. :(

    Bit of an asterisk though, because the Browns became the Ravens and won a SB a few years later.

    But the texans have the Colts in their division, thats why the texans always have one of the toughest schedule, because they play the Colts twice.

    Only one of those teams has never had a winning season, ever.

    Edit: I forgot the Texans won 9 games last year. They are the only team that hasn't even made the playoffs.
