That would be the one "no-brainer" (I think) that would be good, and it's the one reason a lot of people were hoping any kind of ETF would be approved. The problem with a lot of futures ETFs is that there isn't going to be that 1:1 correlation with whatever they're tracking. I guess if this gets approved by the SEC, we'll see, but I'll wait to jump into it.

The SEC will probably approve this and another few that applied, but I think they're all futures ETFs. I don't think Gensler has anything against these bitcoin futures etf -- he even pretty much stated so a couple of months ago, so this was kind of expected. It's a bitcoin ETF (non-futures) that I don't think he's willing to budge on -- not yet, anyway.

Interestingly, ProFunds has a mutual fund that already invests in BTC futures that hardly anybody wanted a piece of. I thought more people would jump on that but I was looking at it a week or two ago and it only had something like $15 million AUM. I don't know how it's been performing, though.

the things is, unless you rebalance, a 10% allocation to bitcoin will quickly trend to 100% of your wealth

2013-2020, concentrate to get rich. 2021+ hedge against inflation.

Layer 2 is Bitcoins gift to humanity.

Layer 3 is Web 3.0. Diversify here.

Web 3.0 is taking control of your data hosted on your own node. Want my data? Stream me sats.

Not your node. Not your data.

Today I rolled my standard commodities and equities Roth IRA into a Bitcoin Roth IRA at iTrustCapital. The financial advisor of this account was baffled such investment tools exist. I tried to orange pill him.

Tax the seed, not the harvest.

    Ammirite, @Commodore ?

my retirement accounts are 100% GBTC

next step is to convert to a self-directed IRA so I can buy actual bitcoin in my retirement account and hold my private keys
