to conduct illegal activities and $ laundering what illegal activities are u involved w that have enamored you w this rat poison in cyberspace ?
We should have bought RIOT stock, haha. Hopefully BTC pays off for you. I'm done w/ it for now, mine got stuck in a scam exchange (not much lost to even bother and cashed out rest) but I'm sure you'll make money.
Haha, man, so.... I invested in btc/alts made money and took it out, and then started moving around on house money on multiple exchanges for more alt action - some were very questionable... So definitely not blaming the whole movement or anything, anyway, I ended up stuck on IDAX trash. It wasn't a big amount so not a concern, but if it were... I'd definitely be bummed out, but I wouldn't have moved crazy cash like that to exchanges like that. Before the whole controversy I moved it into btc on that idax exg but didn't really feel like verifying info, then ceo scandal came out, it's basically in limbo there. But again not something major, I just feel bad for people who didn't know what they were getting into. Ie move off exg to wallet/use better exchanges/cashout initial investment etc etc, I was fully aware of the risks, I mean at one point I was doing arbitrage plays between multiple exchanges... Hell one was some random one in Russia, haha, so I fully knew the risks. My original plays where I made investment back and cashed out the initial + some were Coinbase/Binance - so no issues there. What exchanges do you like currently?
Mainly using coinbase for direct BTC and Eth purchases, then binance, bittrex for the larger alts. For more obscure alts I use mainly tradeogre, kucoin and oceanex. Also used Cryptopia in the past, thank god I pulled out all my stuff before they went broke. Ton of risk in these smaller exchanges, as you said, so I always transfer my alts to a wallet immediately after buying.
Absolutely agree, and glad to hear you avoided Cryptopia scandal! Thanks for the heads up on those exchanges still being good, I still have accounts on most - Coinbase/binance/kukoin/tradeogre, and I need to check but I think I might have bittrex iirc. I definitely felt Coinbase/binance and then even kukoin were great when I used them last, so thanks again for confirming
Are there any exchanges that allow shorting of the cryptos? My futures broker requires 55K margin per each CME BTC contract.
Watch stocks like RIOT and similar mining related stocks, like I mentioned earlier - options up decent amount, not financial advice etc. I just think this might allow you to make a faster % return over btc, definitely do DD though, I'm probably close to cashing a few options out. Then it will allow you to buy into btc if that's what you want or invest elsewhere. I don't know on longterm but it's responded as I expected so far.
Cashed out contracts for now, don't want anyone to get stuck on hype and am not actively looking to own this stock, unless we see a change on hype etc. But returns on contracts avg'd between 100-200% each Again not financial advice etc.
