So when should we actually be worried? When it dips below the level of the previous "crash"? Like 9k?

Of course it is - it always has been. But the average Joe never has a problem with that manipulation as long as it's being manipulated *upwards*.
Seems highly unlikely. If you're Facebook, you're the big boy - you're not going to be the one propping up a currency that has very little infrastructure around it. Bitcoin would make sense in that it already has the infrastructure, but the transaction fees make that sort of pointless. And after their whole Russian ads fiasco and regulatory issues, I doubt they are going to do anything to make it easier to anonymously purchase ads.
