The Rockets and Corey would be even more better off if he would to cut his midrange and layups as well out of his game and just bring us his energy and professionalism.

the rockets would be even more better off if they demoted brewer to all the ball boy duties, and released the ball boys they have now. save a lot of money. imagine those long skinny arms wiping half the floor in 5 seconds. ball boys world wide will be jealous.

Per ESPN, out of 407 NBA players, Brewer currently ranks #324 in Real Plus-Minus. On the Rockets, only Ennis and Brown are worse.

The Rockets are trying to get rid of Brewer, but Brewer maybe even purposely is playing so bad that he cannot be included in trade talks. My bet is he starts to play better after the trade deadline, because he wants to stay n this team. KJ may be temporarily the victim of circumstance, but is definitely viewed as the better player than Brewer whose minutes are being taken by Dekker, because he is currently other than Clint our most trade-able asset

Agree, even mentioned that in another Brewer thread. The system very much exposes Brew's weaknesses instead of accentuating his strengths. Keep him just at his basic strengths of slashing layups and occassional midrange.

I LIKE what coach says about HELPING Brewer. Even a vet like Brewer who's a self starter and works without plays run for him (WITHOUT Dwert-like whining about it) they can get down on confidence too. Can maybe run a couple token plays for him to get back the groove.

BBS String of Snark-Talk aside, its better for the TEAM ON-COURT and future deals to have Brewer CONTRIBUTING good play, instead of him languishing for the Lols. (Then, if its that kind of support, also show it to KJ TOO instead of "dog-housing" them so its consistent)

    New MDA Play for Brewer

The Double Bobble Bump and Pop

Further proof that @Vivi is correct when he says Brewer needs High Level of Difficulty plays drawn up for him. He fcks up the simple ones.

Haven't read whole thread, but I suspect MDA doesn't like what he sees from other potential wings more than he dislikes Brewer. Hoping Rockets use more three guard to push him out of rotation as Beverley rounds into shape.

I'm gonna let you guys in on another secret.

Brewer is garbage when the team defense is garbage. I fully expect Brewer to not be garbage when our defense is decent.

    Watch.

Brewer has played pretty good the last two games.

Hope he can keep it up.

As one of his biggest critics I have to say he has looked better in the last few games. Taking less wild shots and taking what is given to him by the defense. Even his defense is better. He is gambling less and sticking to his man

Everyone knows the secret is to not have Brewer do the things he can't do... :D

Like trying to figure out how many licks it takes to get to the center of a tootsie pop, the Truth is always around us, ever present, and now we know, it takes 1,520 three point attempts to become self aware.

Looks like the old Brewer lately. Neat.

Still believe KJ would bring more to the table then Brewer, but hell if Brewer can play his way into making him self tradeable then lets do it.

Why Gordon passed up that layup only to pass it to Brewer for missed 3?

btw Brewer seems to be balling last couple of games

One word: potential! I love Brewer as a person, his attitude and crazy shots so I of course hope this is the new trend. I think we all should wish for Brew to succeed. Probably the sole player you cannot capture in 2k, because his feet and leg movement defy the laws of physics and his crazy shot attempts are out of ordinary ;)
