What did you do on 7/5/13 when you heard D12's decision to sign with Houston?

I was in Boise, drinking....alot, not really. Clicking browser and pressing enter, because f5 is to hard.

 

Because I live 13 hours ahead of Houston time, I woke up early(not by design, just happened), checked clutchfans on my ipad, found the whole GSW news, and was too scared to go back to sleep. So I was alternating between clutchfans and reading on my ipad for the whole morning until the news broke. Then after an initial high, I went back to sleep.

 

I started singing Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody.

 

f5 ing clutchfans and the clublakers board all day. then i went to grab something to eat with a friend n then heard it on the radio. I said D12, welcome to houston. friend looked puzzled.lol

 

I was driving to Salt Lake City for the 4th of July weekend and I put my phone away for like four hours, nothing happened until I got to my friends house and going downstairs I checked twitter and there it was boommm I jump so high that I cleared like 7 steps. It was like Christmas my heart was pounding hard

Constantly dampened by fun on vacation in SF reading clutch fans

 

I was at work and my phone was dying after using it all day. Then at 5 I found out and two minutes later my phone died. Was so hard to concentrate the rest of the night. Couldn't wait to get home.

 

I was at essensce fest in new orleans stuffing my face and trying to drink the whole bar.

 

Born and raised but live in so cal, was visting boise for my brothers son being born. Thanks for asking

 

Bragged to my casual nba fan friends. Then talked **** to my hardcore real deal nba fan friends

Then later that night I fell asleep and dreamed of lin's pick and rolls with dwight while Parsons and Harden rained down 3's

 

at first i was like we got dwight then, ok we don't have dwight then, are you sure we have dwight this time then, oh cool twitter pic dwight

 

I saw it on ESPN at around 5pm then I checked here. I had a headache after lunch and I didn't have the energy to get on CF, so I left ESPN sleeping off and on. After getting the news, I was so excited with burning energy inside me that my headache was gone when dinner time came. I never doubted Dwight would do the 50/50 because this will make him look really bad with the Lakers and Rockets.

 

I literally danced in the shower.

Then while me and my girlfriend were in the car, I was screaming and smiling and telling her all the struggles of the Rockets from the expectations during the Yao-Tracy era to the dissapointments, to the last 3 seasons in NBA purgatory, to the Harden trade and then THIS! Hahaha she was happy for me yet puzzled by all the excitment.

I had just pulled up to the house I was going to live in dallas for the weeekend after a 5 hour drive..made the drive worth every second...

 

it was a great day. i was glued to my phone, constantly updating twitter. I read the Amick tweet as I was authoring a post on twitter, telling him he was probably coming here. I let out a robust, Homer-Simpson like 'woo-hoo', danced around a bit, and popped a bottle of perrier jouet and drank the whole thing by myself.

 

I was out drinking when it was announced and I only found out the next morning, when I unwillingly woke up too early. But I was hungover so I sort of went "yay" and spent the whole morning reading Dwight to Houston stuff in bed.
