What dictates which announcing crew is broadcast on LP?

I always thought it was the home team's announcing crew that gets broadcast on League Pass, but as evidenced by tonight's home Rockets game that isn't the case. So how do they decide?

On Directv, if you have the sports package with all of the Fox Sports network regions, all the NBA games shown on Fox Sports are made available on League Pass. So it can give both the home channel showing and road channel showing instead of just one feed. When Fox Sports Houston shows the game, obviously I choose that channel for the Houston announcers.
