Officially, all nuclear artillery has been decommissioned. The 8 inchers certainly are, as we no longer use 8 inchers and have nothing to fire them out of.

But I'm sure we still have a few 155ers laying around somewhere.

But when I mentioned "secret weaponry", I was thinking in terms of more exotic stuff, like microwave guns and sonic weapons...

Its amazing how everyone knows there was more than one gunman yet nothing is done. This kind of behavior just increases the amount of time the questions will be asked. In this case I feel strongly there was a conspiracy, but who was involved and why I have no clue and probably never will. I guess for a situation as large as this a cover-up is the only way to go, but what were they covering up. A government plan to kill JFK, a Soviet plot, a major flaw in US intelligence...the list is endless. I still can't believe the public bought the "magic bullet" theory without more questions and pressure. If only we had Seinfield to break down the "Magic Bullet" as he did with the "Magic Loogie". :)

I have talked at length to the lawyer who was in charge of the Congressional review of the Warren Commission's findings. He is convinced that the murder of JFK was a Mafia hit.

His theory is that the Mafia usually only focuses violence on people that double cross them. The Kennedy family has a history of dealing with the Mafia during Prohibition, enabling the Kennedy Clan to make a fortune (or so I am told). More troubling to the mob though was that they helped Kennedy beat Nixon by fixing the vote in Chicago during the 1960 campaign (alledgedly).

When Kennedy became President, his brother Bobby became our Attorney General, and a government war against organized crime was announced. The Mafia felt betrayed and the hit was ordered.

Obviously, this is just one man's theory, but he investigated this case for years, so at least his guess is highly educated. He even went to Cuba and deposed Castro.

    interesting stuff.....

    Nice post, PRETTY BOY.

The findings of the Congressional review actually support the magic bullet theory. The way it was explained to me, the bullet didn't seem so "magic" after all. Also, Oswald's rifle was taken to a shooting range by the team of investigators, and sharpshooters demonstrated that they could fire three shots quickly and accurately.

Personally, I think Oswald was definitely a shooter, but I also think there was a second shooter too.

Art History students, does this painting look familiar to you? The two people look very familiar with a different object in between them.

Some of the best marksmen in the world using that crappy Italian pea-shooter weren't able to replicate Oswald's rate of fire and accuracy--but those were independent tests, not Warren Com. stoolies

The Shroud of Turin has always facinated me, no matter how detailed the study it remains a mystery...its almost as if it intends to stay a mystery and have the believer rely on faith rather than science.

I am telling you that I talked to a man that fired the actual rifle. He is an avid hunter, and excellent marksman. He told me that that rapid, accurate shots were possible. You may not believe him, but you can't just dismiss him that way. No pressure was put on him to find a pre-determined outcome, and calling him a "stoolie" (lol, whatever that is) is plain wrong.

I basically agree with you guys that Oswald did not do all the damage himself, but I do think he was a shooter.

Ruby, a dying man who owed alot of money to the mob, would have not needed to silence Oswald otherwise.

.......and Oliver Stone's movie was pure %$&*^%.

"Glorification of the Eucharist" ~ painting by Bonaventura Salimbeni.
Painted in 1600, today it hangs in the church of San Lorenzo in San Pietro, Montalcino, Italy

The painting is structured vertically and the Holy Eucharist is placed in the geometric centre surrounded by various holy people and priests on each side. In the upper part of the painting the Holy Trinity is depicted: On the right is God the Father, on the left is God the Son, and above Them in the centre, is the Dove which represents the Holy Spirit. In the lower left one of the people wears a crown similar to that of a Pope – it is believed to be Pope Clemente VII.
But what’s this strange object in the upper centre? What is it that sits between God the Father and God the Son, directly below the Dove? Is it not a shining almost metallic coloured sphere with a strange glow rising at the top? And what are those two long straight rods attached to the surface of the sphere? The rods appear to widen at the bottom to form a round base on the sphere, while at the very tip of the narrow end of the rod, we find a tiny round ball.
Why is God the Father holding on to one rod, and God the Son holding the other? Are these rods some kind of antennae? Look again at the sphere. What is that small round tube shaped protrusion at the bottom left? It is very evident to the eye, but could it be possible? Is it a telescope…or a tiny telecamera?
Perhaps you remember man’s first venture into space, the years of the ‘sputniks’? This painting has Ufologists baffled because this sphere is uncannily reminiscent of early satellites launched into space during the 1950’s. The Vangard II satellite launched by the USA in 1959, for example.
This painting was put to canvas in the year 1600. What did Bonaventura Salimbeni see in the skies above Sienese territory more than four hundred years ago? What on earth – or in space – prompted him to depict the Holy Trinity in this strange manner?

Don't let the site name fool you--it shows many more interesting pieces with detailed explanations of their history and current location.

I hope you don't bust out any bad accents when the case is on the line MadMax. As in a Mayor Quimby/ Kennedy accent from the Cuban missile crisis movie--what was it called 12 days? HORRIBLE.

Btw- Costner's acting skills have become a conspriracy theory, what happened to that guy didn't he used to make really good movies?

Anybody ever seen "Dragofly?" It was interesting but I couldn't accept Costner as a physician....

Is that bad acting or type-casting?

My ex-girlfriend's father is a police detective and worked for the Dallas PD in the early 60's. To this day (or at least the last time we talked) he will NOT talk about about JFK's murder. Not to me, not to her, not anyone. Any time we'd jokingly ask him something, he'd get this deadly serious look on his face and say "stop asking me about that". Weird...

As far as chemtrails, by nature I am a skeptic but this is one thing I am 100% sure exist. I've seen them too many times to doubt them. If I knew how to post a picture here, I would. During the summer, you don't see them as much for some reason. Usually they are all over the place during the fall and winter immediatley after a front comes through. Contrails last for a few minutes, chemtrails expand and last all day. There are people who think it is some Government plot to "thin the heard" etc. I lean more towards cloud seeding to manipulate the weather. The Russians do it and don't even try to hide it.

Contrails are ice crystals from the jet exhaust and last longer in a colder atmosphere, I would assume the same would be true for Chemtrails. In reading up on them they really seem to be all over the place with what chemtrails are doing to us, kind of a catch all conspiracy. Do you have a quality link, I can't find one I can fully believe.

Here is another of many strange pictures of UFO type objects painted/drawn before manned flight.

    Haratonohama, Hitachi, Japan ~ 1803
The book "Ume No Chiri" (Dust of Apricot)
tells us that a "foreign ship and crew" was once
    witnessed at Haratonohama (Haratono Seashore)
in Hitachi no Kuni (Ibaragi Prefecture), Japan.
The outer shell was made of iron and glass ~
and strange letters were seen inside the ship.
Notice also four examples of alien heiroglyphs.

This will be my last post on medieval UFO paintings, but this one is so bizarre its worth a look...

17th Century fresco depicting the Crucifixion of Christ,
located in the Svetishoveli Cathedral in Mtskheta, Georgia.
Notice the two saucer shaped objects on either side of Christ
~ complete with stylized flames, blasting off in either direction.

In the two blow ups (below) you can see that they contain faces.
Certainly ancient UFOs were associated with the highest of divinity
~ but were the requisite lights perhaps thought to be the eyes of angels?
Those faces hidden in the disks are just plain creepy. What could the artist have been thinking in the 1600's?
