EG and a first to Sacramento for Hield/Koufos

Hield is a better player than EG at this point, and he’s a player we could immediately plug into the sixth man role. We get younger and allows us to evolve while not getting any worse.

Koufos is a capable big body that can back up the five.

EG gets the larger/starting role he’s wanted all along.

Tilman is not willing to pay more money this season. Trade can save money. Dealing Knight for Hield would save $50 million in 2 years.

I think Demarre Carrol would be a better choice than Matthews

I think Smith would actually fit in well with the Rockets. I like Korver but his defense is a big ? Does Lee have anything left?

Olynyk is exactly what we needed Ryno to be and considering Melo is our ryno replacement and he hasn’t done anything positive for us, I’d rather have Olynyk. His contract isn’t horrible and can be moved if needed and he’s shooting almost 50% from the field for 10 points. He can easily put up 13-15 with us which is all we need from a PF. Also his defensive win shares from last year were just as good as his offensive win shares so considering he’s an “offensive player” I’d take that.

I would try to make a packaged deal for Montrezl, Bev, and Lou offering up CP3. They would deepen our roster a lot and all 3 of those guys cost 20 mil vs CP3 42 mil.

Would have 22 mil to work with after.

The list sucks. The sad reality is that other than Jimmy Buckets , there isn't a player available that moves the needle much and TBH I don't know if he made them as good as they were last year.

    They aren't a player away.

They need a big to back up Capela .
They need at least one starting caliber 3&D wing if not two.
They could use a solid backup point.

Even if they stop winning, you actually think they would consider trading Hield for EG? You’ve got to be a little realistic with the trade ideas dude.

    1. Didn't have that last year.
    2. We only had one last year in the Finals that we don't have now, and that was Trevor Ariza. I think with the MLE, 4 first round picks and Daryl Morey, it will be addressed.
    3. CP3/Harden/Gordon is more than enough. There is no room for anyone else, and no room to pay a "solid backup point" that won't play.

1- They had Nene and Black , neither world beaters but at least capable. This year they have Nene's corpse and Hartenstein who's just not ready Yet.

2- Trevor and Luc for the majority of the regular season. Trevor for the entire playoffs.

3-No room for a ball dominant player but a capable backup for C3p0 would be nice to have. He's going to miss games … MCW isn't capable.

Sure would have been nice had they kept Trevor - it cost no assets , only money - yeah the tax. We wouldn't be talking about giving up 4 picks to replace him.
