What Cell Phone Provider Would You Recommend?

    I like being able to place and receive calls myself, so I go with Verizon.

    As a former AT&T rep, I can say that there were rarely errors on bills.

    The only "error" usually occurred because of 3rd party ringtones and games, because people would sign up for stuff without knowing they had and be billed.

    However, that said, ATT has one of the most complicated bills you will ever see. It was so hard to understand that even seasoned reps could get stumped by what it was doing.

    The bad customer service is because of ATT upper management had so many requirements for one call that customer's would get mad at the process we took them through, and the information dumps that they didn't understand or care to understand.

    Working for att is and was a joke, and i feel bad for any customer of att knowing the hoops that that company put you all through, but understand that they did the same things to their reps.

    Yep, works great on any Tmobile phone. Data is slow on ATT phones (coz it defaults to 2g)

    Possibly the best cell phone provider I have been with.
