What Can You Cook...

    Sounds interesting...Oh yeah, I make a mean queso, a great ham (great with Honey baked Ham diced up) and cheese omelet and badazz sausage and egg breakfast tacos...

    You really need a smoker, and you can get a cheapie at Walmart for 30 bucks. And you'll do this recipe more than once. Trust me. I've never made this without making a brisket, so I don't know how good it would be without the brisket drippings falling on the chicken. I just fry chicken invegetable ov med. high heat in a skillet with flour, salt and pepper.

    And I got the recipe from Smoke & Spice. A really good cookbook if you want to learn how to smoke food.

    Next time you make queso, try this. Take a stick of velveeta, a can of Rotel, and a link of chorizo sausage, mix them all together and shove in the microwave. Just about everyone loves it when I do that.

    That's how I make it, but with Jimmy Dean...No microwave, just on the stove...

    I've been meaning to try that recipe for the Chuy's ranch dip that Fatty posted from way back when, still haven't gotten around to it.

    Calamari in Jasmine Rice
    Nasi lemak (coconut Rice)
    Mac and Cheese
    Spice Cajun Chicken Wings
    Rendang
    Dopiaza Chicken Curry

    and hmm couple other experimental stuff...
