    1. Rafer gone
    2. Rafer gone
    3. More upbeat, positive, motivating approach to the game
    4. Better utilization of players, playing to thier strengths instead of imposing a rigid system. The game is greater than any "system." More flexibility, adaptations, adustments.
    5. Yao becomes more than a robot, more fluid, more passes, more high post play, more mid-range shots.
    6. TMac doesn't run all over the court and jack up low percentage shots.
    7. A new starting PG
    8. A new starting PF
    9. A new starting SF
    10. Mario as an assistant.
    and
    All New York Knicks GONE!
    along with Rafer

I'm looking forward to seeing a two-way tie for MVP next season, and T-Mac and Yao accepting their awards together.

I'm really looking forward to VSpan having a bigger role on this team. There's a lot of VSpan fans on these forums and a lot of people wondering why we want him to play so much.

I know basketball talent and VSpan has it....He's very explosive and has been playing international basketball for a while now...I just don't want him to play for the hell of it...This guy will abuse opposing guards off-the dribble and can finish strong which will open up some wide open perimeter shots for other players. I hope Adelman gives this guy a chance.

I think with Adelman we'll see a few things.

Rafer bricking shots. Wait, I guess I should say what's different from before. Ok....

    52 wins. Wait....again, sorry, that's no different.

Getting exciting players in the lower part of the draft who turn out to be projects, and MLE guys who turn into mediocre at best and a bust at worst.

Oh.....again, that's not really different. But I got it this time:

We'll score more points and look more fluid on offensive.
    We'll give up more points.

We'll finish the regular season with say 52 wins. Wait - oops, I did it again!

And so will the Rockets. Unless Everyone calls Les out on his bluff that a coaching change will make a big difference and he actually spends the money and goes into Lux Tax land so we can win!

Do it Les - c'mon - don't you miss that winning feeling?

Just letting the players play. JVG restricted our non-stars too much. opefully they still play discipline but are able to play their game more. I didn't like how JVG tried to make guys plays outta themselves and against theirs strengths. I don;t like how he tried make SNyder a spot up jump shooter instead of letting him penetrate. Same thing with Vspan but i didn't feel too bad for VSpan because he whined too much. YOu got to let players play to their strength. Not everybody is programmed to be spot up shooter. You want spot up shooters, then get true spot up shooter. DOn't try to convert somebody into somethin they;re not

The Rockets can defence hard at critical time rather than exhausted by playing high intensity defence all day long.

Players having fun, getting easy baskets, using their skills.

Contagious enthusiasm spreading all over the court. Getting more. Loving the game.

A team that can run and gun and also mix it up with great Half Court play. A Playmaker Point Guard who can run the team on the court. Great passing and shooting Guards. A Power Forward with height , strength and great athleticism who can block, rebound and make putbacks off all the missed shots.
Yao Ming making dunks and three point shots. No more :- Howard
Mutombo, JLIII, Snyder, Bonzi, Battier ,Alston, Bob Sura and Jake Tsakalidis

I watch the rockets for entertainment (addiction also) and watching the rockets the last few years has not been very entertaining. I want to feel like we have a chance to win in every game all the way to the end. With JVG, comebacks were rare and the only memorable one took a superhuman effort from Tracy McGrady.

I want to cheer like a Kings fan, and I want to Toyota center to sound like the Arco Arena.

TEAM basketball, that's all I want to see from Adelman's Rockets. I'm a Chinese fan of YaoMing thus rockets for 5 years, but I had to admit that Rockets basketball is really ugly to watch in the past seasons. Hope Adelman can change "2 superstars, 1 defense specialist, and several role players" into a TEAM.

More exciting regular season games before the 1st round eliminations.

That's exactly what we will see unless some real upgrades in talent are made.

A team that takes on the personality of its players, rather than the coach.
