    Just found out that I will owe $16,900 on April 15th.

    Didn't pay my quarterly's correctly this year. :(

    No way I don't make that much man. Think of it this way. If someone makes $100,000 per year, that puts them in around a 30% tax bracket so without calculating deductions or even a self employment tax, they would owe $30,000 right there off the top. Then if you screw up on your quarterlys, you can be in for a shock like me.
