My wife - jewelry, a griddle and perfume.

My oldest son - money, gc games and some cards.

My middle son - Steiner Bonds auto pic, cards, gc games and cds.

My daughter - American girl doll plus accessories and some jewelry.

    Kids - Trampoline.

    Parents - Home Theater.

Me - Shoeless Joe Jackson bat pic, a Marilyn Monroe dress card, plus a few old-timer relic cards.

This is a very costly Christmas for me.

I'll do what I do every year. I'll go to Walmart a day or so before Christmas and get everyone something in less than an hour.

Then I'll wrap them like I always do; Aluminum foil and Duct Tape with a black magic marker saying who they are for. My family always knows who they're from.

    Why am I divorced, again?

Behad: Teens are easy. If they have all the basics; stereo, TV, PS2, bike, then upgrade whichever is the oldest, or add a kick-butt component to them. Done and done with the big gift. Smaller stuff are clothes and video games. Maybe a new wallet and that should do it.

Considering you quote him in your sig, I don't think it'd be appropriate.... Plus, your wife might get pissed ;)

ummmm... no I think kids actually like stuff you make for them. You could carve stuff out of wood like a duck or cat.

hahah jk. not that theres anything wrong with that but it seems kids always want the biggest, newest best games/toys and whatever.

    it drives me nuts..

motorized scooters / game consoles every couple years ?? why not something practical.

im thinking about buying my wife a new vacuum.
for my mom I hope she enjoys her new sewing machine.
