What are some good excuses for calling in sick?

    Thinking of taking tonight off of work. Found out last night that tonight will be a small workload and will typically mean you'll be running around finding little meaningless crap to do... in the mean time my wife has made plans for us to do things out during the day tomorrow and I'll need to be rested for that and then work again Monday night.

    .....

    So what are some of your good excuses?

    well its not as simple as that.... we purchased a Cosco membership online a few days ago. Cosco is 25 miles from us and we're there once in a blue moon. Wife works M-F and I'm only off Tue and Thurs so we're never off together to go get this done. We planned to make a day out of it since we did nothing for Vday and our anniversary yesterday.

    I'd go with diarrhea, whenever someone calls in to me and says that I just immediately stop them and say "ok hope you feel better"
