I can't believe no one has mentioned Ruchi's! This taqueria chain serves beer after 2 and they NEVER carded when I was young. That was only a few years ago. It's probably a good idea to order in Spanish, but "dos cervezas grandes" ain't too hard to remember. If you're brown, they won't hesitate, but if you're white just order in Spanish like you've been there before and enjoy your Dos XX. What I'd advise, though, is to find a friend with parents who don't pay much attention to what goes on and stock up his house with booze, weed, music, movies, guitars, etc. When I was 17, I lived in the burbs where nothing was open late for teens except Whataburger and IHOP. Luckily, I had buddy whose parents were out of town all the time and he had a huge house that we could party in, bring girls over, etc. It worked like a charm. This girl is too young for you to bring her out on a "date" after midnight. Bring the club to her, know what I mean? You can have a lot of fun if you get a few people together. Just remember never to drive under the influence and keep plenty frozen pizzas on hand. Otherwise, you're stuck with bowling alleys, diners, and Ruchi's, 'cause even all-nude strip clubs card (unless she's REALLY hot).
1st Ruchis does not serve past 2 anymore. 2nd- When I was 15-18 I was up crazy hours too (well still am actually) and I would get out and about.
