You don't DO anything! I have two friends (one has an '84 Fiero, the other a '93 Integra) who are always talking about how they want to race, and how they have raced other people, etc. etc... and they're freaking AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS! This means that all you have to do to race somebody is put it in "D" and floor it when the light turns green. No skill required. That's what's wrong. =)
Jeff, Luckily, no, she did not. There wouldn't have been any thinking had she. I also thought beating the tar out of that idiot in front of his kids wouldn't have been very cool. I just thank God he didn't tell his little son what he said, because then he would've had to have seen his dad get whomped upon, and have been fed racist ****.

I wanted to. I was standing there gritting my teeth. But, my wife was all smiling and happy to be outside and doing something with me, because I had just finished summer classes. And, like I said she had planned it for over a month (we got free tickets somehow). I know if I would've said something to the idiot that it not only would've gotten my wife in a less of a good mood, but that the likelihood of the conversation between the man and myself escalating was very high had he given me any lip. I tell you what I really wanted to do, or what I thought of standing in line (it was a very short line). I thought I would go up to a bunch of black guys and tell them what the guy said. Maybe like 10 or 12. Then, see what kind of time he and his family had at Astroworld that day. But, alas, I have too big of a conscience sometimes.
I don't know, but if he had caught me on the wrong day, I likely would've killed the son of a b****. Right now I'm just sick of it. I'm sick of having to stand up in the face adversity because everything I do is seen a representing my race as a whole. I'm tired of trying to front all the damn time, Letting some generalizations slip for the betterment of the situation or group. I'm only 19 and I've already decided I ain't gonna take this **** anymore. No more not trying to create a scene, or avoiding making a situation uncomfortable. When I see an injustice towards anyone I'm going to address it, no matter what the intent was of the person who commited it. As of this moment, watch out world. Well, I apologize for the following: A) Using the terminology of the BBS pitbulls who have decided that "racism" means "discriminatory comments directed towards a race". I tried to point out some time ago that the ****ing textbook definition of racism was the inherent belief that one race was superior to another. I never said or implied that ****ing bigotry or prejudice had been eliminated or properly addressed. I am guilty of insisting that those of you who obsess with race use the proper terms in discussing it. I am not guilty of racism, bigotry, or prejudice, excepting that of prejudice towards idiots. B) Trying to get along. I'm equally guilty of trying to turn around and speak your ****ing language-- calling the phrase "white boy bands" racist because it primarily drew attention the the race of those bands. I am sorry that I thought those comments racist; I simply thought that since this BBS would be quick to rhetorically hang someone referring to "black boy (insert group here, whether it be bands or teams or groups)", it was appropriate to respond in a similar fashion. I'm really sorry it came to this, but good Lord, I am sick of having people take my honest expression of belief towards issues the wrong ****ing way. I'm using my real ****ing name here, which is more than most people can say, and a lot of you are taking an apparently incorrect interpretation of my views away from my posts. Well, **** it. I'm fed up with it, and I don't see any reason to ****ing take it anymore. But, have you no clue as to how much the meaning behind what people say actually counts for how something is to be interpreted? Someone can say something "racist" without meaning "racist" ideas. It may slip. It may just be bad judgement. They may not know what they're saying. But, there is a difference when you know what you're saying compared to when you don't.
