i haven't seen morey signing any player who likely to cause locker room problem. oh wait rw is an exception, but he was really with the team. you know.
Rondo wants to have the ball on his hands a lot and he is not a good shooter, why the Rockets want him? It's doesn't make sense.
morey loves players who always keep their mouth shut, and work their ass out every single day, and i don't see rondo is this kinda guy.
Dude...rondo does not fit the team. You can't just squis pieces together and hope it works out. That's what the lakers did.
If the Celtics move anybody else that is good, they are going to want to attach Gerald Wallace and/or Kris Humphries. Maybe at the trade deadline you could stomach Humphries and the last year of his $12mil/yr deal, but three more years of Gerald Wallace at $10mil/yr? And as Ainge isn't stupid, I'm betting the Celtics are much more keen to get rid of Wallace. I doubt they'd move their best chip, unless the other party is willing to take on at least Wallace as well.
Rondo and Harden wouldn't have good chemistry. Both players need the ball in their hands in order to play to their strengths. With a team that has Howard and Harden being a 1-2 punch, you need a point guard who can knock down shots and play decent defense.
Rondo with one good knee and a bad attitude, plus no other high-level players left in Boston makes me think that Ainge would be much more open to moving Rondo for whatever packages of value he could get, especially before Rondo becomes irritated at being the best player on a crap, rebuilding team and forces his way out of a rebuilding situation in Beantown. Ainge will have to be reasonable in accessing trade proposals for Rondo, because he is not the type of player that will sacrifice 2-3 years of his prime to help Boston rebuild.
rondo is getting kind of old and coming off from injury... come on at least wait and see how the team fits as is.
