    Yeah, but putting on 60 lbs of fat vs 60 lbs of muscle doesn't quite compare.

    Sammy Sosa is another guy in the Bagwell/Gonzo category.

    i have sammy sosa's rookie card also. he changed alot too.

    he went from sammy to SAMMY!!!

    If he had a shoulder that was essentially dead and useless that prevented him from doing the kind of workouts that he normally does, he might.

    Agreed.

    I had a friend that was a friend of a friend of a girl who once met former Oiler Keith Bostic @ 31 Flavors. Anyway, he had personally seen Bostic during his playing days and post retirement and had remarked that Bostic was very sleight of build compared to his prime.
