Ya it happened during the Korean War when there was no other food to eat. But to state it like it is on the menu in between the Chop Chae and the BulGolGi is just plain insulting. I'm sure they may still do it in North Korea because they are still starving. My father in law grew up during the Korean War. It said that it was not uncommon to be walking down the street as a young man and have to step over dead babies. This country has never known (I hope never will experience) that level of devestation. It is a stupid, ignorant, stereotype that was born out of a devastating time.

I'm sorry, every time I see the thread title, the following words come to mind:

"I wanna stay, stay, stay, stay, stay for a whiiiiiiiiiiile".

    Carry on.

Duh, you're just figuring this out? The ringer on my cell phone is "Ants Marching" and Dave is my screensaver.

And yes, I have discussed this with my therapist. :D

first, I am in a public park, not at someone's backyard and my dog did not poop! I always pick up the poop! and my dog doesn't even hurt a rabbit or a bug! how can he endanger people! we were mind our own business, some people just freaking mean. if you talk nicely, I have no problem, but if you yell at me and talking shiit, why the hell I should respect you? ok, using your example, if your kid did something wrong, say throw trash on the ground, but it doesn't bothers anybody around him, some adult just start yelling and talking shiit to your kid? what you gona do? I would ofcourse be mad and stand on my kid's side. back to the topic about korean eat dog, it is not aginst anybody, but it is a fact that korean love to eat dog, chinese eat dog too, but not popular, but some restruant do serve as well. I just can't imagine how people can hurt and eat dog! they are like kids to me.

I was responding to Surfguy's post, not yours. That's why I quoted him in my post.

Anyone want to grab this one? :D

Seriously YoYao, I agree with you. It has less to do with "breaking the law" and more to do with common courtesy. They should have just asked you to get your dog.
