Because Pep Hamilton only knows how to coach one style of QB!

Vinny Testaverde, Rex Grossman, Kyle Orton, Brian Griese, Jay Cutler, Caleb Hanie and yes, Davis Mills are all the same type of quaterbacks.

Remember one Billy O'Brien? Ryan Fitzpatrick, Brian Hoyer, Ryan Mallett AND Brock Osweiler?? All the same!! Deshaun was forced down B.O.B's throat and he didn't know how to coach him.

My fear is that if Mills fail, the Texans will continue to give him more time and not look in the 2023 draft or draft a particular QB to fit Pep's system and bypass talent.

I'm confused. Your post basically just details out a fear you have, but the thread title says we've all been fooled.

    Fooled about what?

Fooled into more of the same! BOB could only coach one style of QB and he wanted to be tough upfront and run the ball....sound familiar?

    What's different?

Both love pocket passers, both love multiple TEs, both love to run the ball and covet slot receivers....so, I ask, what is the difference? Nothing

OB was a terrible coach and probably the worst GM in pro sports history but DW4 was putting up historic rookie stats with him.

Dude...your description would fit almost every single head coach in the NFL.

That's not iiiiit! He only knows how to do one thing.

You want a coach to be constantly evolving, not stuck in time. No matter how good he is at that one thing.

This take is bad and you should feel bad.

I do not find your ideas intriguing and do not wish to subscribe to your newsletter.

Fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life, son.

Should have just taken the gigantic "L" after your pathetic take on the sexual deviant trade and sat down.

I’m glad I have this guy on ignore. I caught his stupidity in the other thread.

Thinking Luck and Herbert aren’t athletic or just pocket passers. Just dumb

Lol. If I'm on your IGNORE why you keep popping up on my threads? You must not know what IGNORE mean?

Not surprising, because you don't know about a lot of things.
