Is he saying they're piping sound in through the PA system? Why would they even risk doing that? They easily have the most raucous fans in the playoffs.

As good as Brow is, I'm not sure he can carry the Pellies against GSW without some sort of guard help.

In an old concrete box, which is a bigger part of the issue.

I don't know why the coach would say that, since it will make the fans louder than ever tonight.

It'll probably be Golden State, but I say it goes to 7 games with still a 30% chance Pels pull it out. The Pelicans are no pushovers. On the last day of the season, 50% of scenarios had us playing Portland, and I kept saying that I expected the Pelicans to beat the Spurs because I figured they'd be able to up their game with the playoffs on the line. And they did. Having beaten the second-most-feared team out there, there's no telling what they might pull out on the most-feared team in their first playoff appearance.

If I were a Pelican, I'd be solely dedicated to the goal of embarrassing the team that's been anointed the entire season by the media as God's gift to basketball.

^this. It would be glorious, and lock up monty williams for the long haul in NO. The players seem to love him too.

I expect GSW to win by more than 7 points tonight.

In game 1 Warriors had a bad 2nd half. Once Curry goes out, so does the offensive flow for the Warriors.

This is a very important game for the Pels, if they have any shot they need to win this game tonight. I look for the pels to come out strong and with AD a walking matchup nightmare I wouldn't be surprised if they steal this one.

Great reporting by Tracy Wolfson to announce Tyreke Evans was out as he was walking to the scorers table

Thirded. Can't complete a simple handoff. Can't complete a shot without getting rekt by Bogut.

I had no idea Gorden was such a great three point shooter; second only to Kyle Korver this season.

Anthony Davis should guard Curry every so often

    I'm only kind of kidding

Not a bad game so far. Gordon is having a great first quarter, already 11 points.
