The last part didn't make sense to make. Westbrook has yet to realize his potential but we are already witnessing Harden's? The last time I checked Harden is 23 and Westbrook is 24.
Royce Young is, by his own admission, an extreme Thunder homer, who also has a personal grudge against Harden for "lying" to him about wanting a max deal. Not exactly someone you can rely on to be impartial about the subject.
Westbrook is better than harden. This is obvious. Harden without the Free Throw is above average. However Harden is a better Shooter.
I'm not so sure about that. Westbrook has Durant and Serge, Harden has to play with one of the worst starting point guards in the NBA, a backup center, and Chandler Parsons, and we are STILL above .500...
Lucky for Harden free throws are part of the game. It's to bad for your boy Lin traveling and carrying are included in Basketball too.
The worst thing about Westbrook is that he doesn't realize he plays on the same team as Kevin Durant and that Durant is in fact the better player. Then again, that might be what keeps Westbrook so aggressive (a huge strength of his)
Obvious to whom...??? We have never seen Westbrook play without another great player on the court with him. Look at what Harden is doing and the talent he has on the floor with him... I don't see how it is as obvious as you say...
http://nbawowy.com/ Sure we have. For this year his Usage goes to 40.3% and his True Shooting goes to 58%. Unless you use 'great' very very loosely.
He has been doing a lot better in the past a few games tho. In the Dallas game, it was Durant solo most of the 4th quarter and OT. Westbrook was giving Durant the ball every single possession even though Durant was bricking most of his shots. Durant ended up destroying the Mavs at the free throw line and got a career high 52 points. All he has to do now is to take less in yo face pull up jumpers, distribute the ball and try to get to the free throw line more.
Look who Westbrook has on the floor with him and look who Harden has on the floor with him and then go look at the production of both the players. Simple as that...
