West Turns Blind Eye as Police Put Saddam Era Torturers Back to Work

It sounds as if the situation is improving. In time, all of this will likely work itself out on its own. People used to operating under the policies of a brutal dictator are not going to instantly act like the fine British and American troops they are working with now. The key to the Iraq situation is patience.

 

This can't be the reason because the last time I went to the gas station gas was 2.20. This was a pointless war fought for no good reason. The worst part is all the right wingers on this board always defend bush. What is one good thing that has come out of this war? If you want to argue for a decomcracy, I will argue when the troops pull out there will be another man who will gain power and he will tryranize and then this whole cycle starts again.

 

This war for resources (as many, if not most, wars throughout history have been) wasn't meant to keep prices low, it was meant to keep profits high.
