I'm pretty sure he meant next season, and maybe the year after that.

Kevin Durant is now the Nicole Richie of the NBA, and I doubt he will be as great as he can be until he gains strength (like Bryant, McGrady, Garnett, etc.).

The reason is we don't have a player who can create his own shoots except Tracy. Maybe we will be better next season.

I am happy we got Mike James, but that video makes him look extremely selfish as a player.

I hope he passes to open teamates more than he did in that video...there are a lot of bad shots that go in ......

Still, he is way better than Rafer.....

    "west will be tougher"!

With Oden, Aldridge, Roy, Portland will be playoff team soon, and will be a contender in 3 years if that organization runs a correct direction, and actually they is doing.

Eliminate 10M contract and add a talent , potential 20+10+ NC product, Warriors won the deal, and they are also a front runner for KG.

Don't mention KD, Jeff Green is a underrated draft pick and under the shadow of Durant, but he is a team player , who can do everything like Durant. With Durant, Green, Swift, Wilcox, Szer, probably Rashard, it is a dangerous team in the west. And don't forget their president, vice-predident, and probably coach, who come from a 4 time championship team in last decade.

Seattle-Boston deal and NY-Portland deal benefit both two sides.

The point of the video was to show that McGrady is not the only Rocket that can create his own shot.

Mike James is selfish and bat**** crazy, but he can still put the damn ball in the damn basket by himself.

That's exactly what I was thinking. Plus, it kinda came off like a Kobe highlights vid, where he's making a lot of great plays but it seems like his teammates couldn't care less. Hope he works harder on being a good teammate here.

Well Mike James is more scorer maybe shooter. I agree that he is maybe selfish but that was in Toronto. And look what a season he has there: 20+ PPg and probably 45% from 3-point range

Of Course the West got Easier! With superstars Richardson, Allen, and Randolph leaving, who destroyed the Rockets last season, that means CHAMPIONSHIP.

And Utah got Morris Almond. Another 6-6 SG that can spread the floor. Now they can move Fisher back to backup PG. That might have been a big pickup.

i don't see how losing 3 players to the east makes a big difference to the rockets record...I see Portland becoming a good team quick which is not good for the West and the rockets.....Utah got a little better with the pick up of Almond...I wish he was there for us to pick....from what I seee, the west just keeps getting stronger.....

I counted 34 plays -- one of which was an assist. I agree. I hope he works more on becoming a playmaker (i.e., setting other players up) and not just scoring. Moderation Mike, moderation (or balance, if you like).
