    It's Glen Rice Jr. and he is the son of Glen Rice. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glen_Rice,_Jr.)

    His game is nothing like his father's, but he looks to have a more athletic body. Rice was all passion, no brains. He turned the ball over a lot and started fouling hard out of frustration.
