D-Mo was scheduled to appear for an autograph session from 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM. First fans who got there received tickets to the opener tomorrow. Unfortunately, I was the 3rd one in line (got there around 11:30 AM) BUT I got a James Harden bobblehead and some big squishy balls which was cool. Had him sign my pendant but I was really there to ask him what he worked on this offseason. See the video below for the "interview". Hopefully, I'll have more to come. Most of my videos involve heckling... Incidentally, my video from open practice is on Clutchfans' front page! Pretty cool. D-Mo says his postgame has improved a lot from training with Olajuwon. Sorry for the bad audio. I'll try to record directly instead of having someone else record. Me: How'd you feel about being called the white Olajuwon during open practice? D-Mo: Haha. I'm not taking it too much. I'm working hard on my moves. Me: So what was the biggest thing you worked on this off-season? D-Mo: It was many things I worked on, you know, but it was really good I had a chance to work with Olajuwon and my postmoves. Some of the things he teached me and showed me... pretty much I did the same move but it was mainly how you put the ball and how you take it with you... Legs positioned differently make a completely different move. Me: What about your post defense and rebounding for this coming up season? D-Mo: Yeah, everybody's happy with it. Everybody thinks I really improved. Me: Cool, looking forward to this season. Thanks a lot. D-Mo: *I hope this guy leaves soon* Shout-outs to the Rockets marketing staff and D-Mo for the awesome opportunity.
Should have asked him if he thought that girl would go out with you, if you asked her. Nice vid though.
cool interview ... looks like DMo will be our 3rd center and maybe 2nd PF. good to see he's working hard and improving
Slightly better rebounding IMO I guess we have to wait and see.. He has like 5 minutes a game to show us all the hours/days of hard work Tough being a mediocre NBA player.. says the millionaire mediocre NBA players
