No, but I do remember Shaq whining about the officiating after game 2... a game that they won.

    ... now that's dominance. [IMG]

I think it would be safe to say we agree that the Mavs are more talented than the Rockets, right? And even then, they barely squeaked by the Jazz. The Rockets would not have done well in the playoffs, even if it was against the Sixers, simply because they are young, and don't play with the kind of fire that the Sixers show.

I don't think I would need to come up with examples to show that regular season dominance won't necessarily yield postseason results of equal dominance. The reverse is certainly true. Look at the Lakers this season, they rolled through the playoffs, but during the regular season, they were very beatable.

If you did not see shaq laughing then you were not watching at all. The camaras zoomed in on him doing it several times.

Oh yeah there is a larger disparity of tallent between the Mavs and Jazz than there is between the Rockets and almost all Eastern teams. Try again cause that boat don't float.

I don't think Ray Allen and George Karl
would agree. Milwaukee was a hell of a team too. I think better than philly
They missed a few breaks is all [read REFS]

Why do people put so much into Philly's
    role player injuries

but so little into the Spurs' SECOND STAR's
injury? Anderson????? he came back but was
    far from 100%

RocketRiver, the thing I have against the Spurs is that they pretty much gave up after game 2, if they had a healthy Derek Anderson, it may have been different, but it shouldn't affect how hard they play. I still think that the Spurs, if they retain DA and DRob, and add more athleticism, has the best chance to dethrone the Lakers, but they need to show more heart. What I like about Philly is that they came back when down time after time, and played hard with injuries. That is why I respect them so much,
