For the most part, no, or rather, I haven't seen any evidence of it. So far of all the cases that have led to riots and protests there is only potentially one of them that are legitimate examples of police wrongdoing.

Of course, given that at every turn the president gives credibility to these kinds of things, I could see how some people would get that idea.

For the most part though, people are worked up over lies and propaganda.
