I have similar neighbors. They live in an apartment across the street. They don't have jobs and just hang out in front all day and night. Sometimes they play their music too loud, but they don't cause much trouble so I don't cause them any trouble. I talked with them a bit on Halloween, a guy named Jim was dressed like a pimp (only for Halloween?); he told me I could come and hang with his crew whenever. Nice guys. Helped me push my car once when it wouldn't start.
