Remove sugar in the diet and that inclused the food addotives. Eat as natural as possible and a short jog 3 days a week will drop it quicker. Think about what you eat. - No fast food - No sugar cakes - Balance protein and carbs - 60(p)/(40c) Small amounts of fats are ok as long as it unsaturated. If you eat breads higher in carbs, make sure that it is whole wheat and that it is high in dietary fiber. That's important.
I have followed all of the advice that you have given and I want to thank everyone for their input. I have been lifting weights along with cardio. However, the one problem that I still have is my endurance. When I lift weights, I tire very easily. I can do 3 sets of bicep curls afterwhich my biceps are totally exhausted. I cannot do anything else with my biceps for a couple of days at least. The same goes for working my chest. I can do 3 sets of bench press after which both my chest and triceps are wiped out. Is what I described normal? If it is, about how long will it take before I can do 3 or more different types of chest or biceps workouts in one session? Also, do you have any suggestions on how to improve my endurance. Thanks.
Perhaps you're using too much weight. Just move it down a few notches so you can do more sets and build endurance.
Only problem being that Drinks have so many calories and sugar that it doesn't really help in the process but i am sure it's part of the all liquid diet lol....
Off topic, is Live still having the tourney tonight? I drove by there today and was going to stop in and ask, but I couldn't find parking. More importantly, will you be showing the Holiday Bowl??
Don't buy foods you like to snack on. I hardly snack at my apartment and I only eat when I'm really hungry. I avoid buying chips, bread, pretzels, crackers, etc.
