I think there may be a possibility that the Pats-Texans game will be flexed to Sunday night. The current game is Seattle vs the Ravens. Ravens are 3-7.
Per Berman: <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr"><a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Texans?src=hash">#Texans</a> game with Patriots on Dec.13 scheduled for a noon kickoff has been flexed to 7:30 on NBC.</p>— Mark Berman (@MarkBermanFox26) <a href="https://twitter.com/MarkBermanFox26/status/671161778143952896">November 30, 2015</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
That could be one of the top games in franchise history if we beat the Bills, and then beat up on the Patriots in prime time.
wow, great news! great thread OP, didn't even know we had the possibility of getting flexed. Ask and you shall receive thank God, barwin isn't around anymore to bring out the lettermans
i hope they channel the texans mojo from that gritty win vs the bears a few years ago on SNF. that was dope. edit: highlights from that game http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-game-highlights/0ap2000000093581/GameDay-Texans-vs-Bears-highlights
I hope this news doesn't cause a letdown vs the Bills. Take care of business, week to week schedule and they'll be fine. It's exciting but don't look ahead. Leave that for the fans.
McNair must be very, very happy with O'Brien right about now to turn around this season and now getting national recognition for it.. I'd say BoB clout within the organization is as heavy as ever, and if there is tension between Rick and BoB I have a feeling McNair will be leaning towards his HC...
I dunno... there's a lot of bad football being played everywhere, and TBH, I'd take this current 6-5 team over whatever you think the Bengals really are (or aren't) and what is left of the Broncos from their start. Even though the football season isn't all that long... its long enough for turn-arounds to happen. You think a Falcons-Texans rematch right now would yield similar results? Both teams going in exact opposite directions (which tends to happen when the league gets game-film on your schemes/tactics... and coaches don't make adjustments).
