I'm predicting Season 5 will feature a return of Conrad and then the inevitable love triangle that will end in either the Mexican King pin or Conrad's death.
Anyone watch last night? I thought it was a pretty good season, seems they added more humor like in the beginning. So many storylines going in so many directions should make for an exciting season.
I watched it I'm glad they showed the final episode of last season. Needed to remember where they left off. Last night's episode was great. No one wants Celia! Haha
yeah, i laughed out loud when they were making the ransom calls. i didn't think the episode last night was spectacular, but i'll still be watching the rest of season.
Well I just got through watching S01E01 through S05E08. I think I'm caught up. I like this show a lot, despite some of the dumb predicaments they put these characters in. The last episode wrapped up with Esteban coming over and demanding his son, and Nancy just flat out tells him "Sorry, the kid is Jewish, Andy's the father."? I'm having a hard time following her train of thought. She knows that Esteban could get his henchmen to come kill them all and take the baby, right? Looking forward to seeing how things play out, and I hope that Esteban is written out soon - that storyline is getting a bit tired. Oh, and I love every minute of Doug and Silas together.
I really couldn't take the show any more after the 3rd season. Just too much ridiculousness. Pick a damn plot and stick to it for more than 3 episodes.
maybe you should just toke up and enjoy the ridiculousness. your wife is right, doug and silas are awesome. i wish dean would team back up with them instead of celia, but that storyline looks kinda promising. i'm also with your wife about the esteban storyline. i'm actually sick of nancy. kill her off already.
Its hard to follow a storyline when 4 or 5 new ones keep popping up before the original one has even progressed. I agree, Nancy is so annoying and useless. If the show was more Doug-centric that would be awesome.
they try too many for a 30 minute show. i love it, it's one of my favorites, but it's because of doug and that kind of ridiculousness. i don't really feel compelled by the storylines ever since the second season.
I'm just treating the past couple seasons as a different show because it is. Doug is still awesome, though.
