CCR or someone needs to make a video about us going into the playoffs. Yeah, the one in the OP was nice, but there's been a lot more great moments to add in the last month.
Finally some1 with some brains. It doesn't matter who we play, we should just beat the Mavs, get homecourt advantage and take it from there. It doesn't matter if we play the Jazz, the only reason I wouldn't want to face them at all is because the games are ugly and the refs will take care of their ''home court advantage". For the rest, the Rockets should just man up and beat the crap out of them, even if that means literally kicking their ass. Let Artest and Deke take care of the elbows and take the salt out of Salt Lake City, like Artest promised us when he came here !!! That's the Artest, the beast that needs to be unleashed because I haven't seen the hard tough guy yet. Where's the crazy Artest I was hoping to have here ? Where is the guy when the refs decide to swallow some c*m and whistle to take matters in his own hands. I hate all this talk about how we should avoid them, be scared of them etc. What do you do when you are afraid of heights ? You climb the biggest building. So what should the Rockets do, after losing to this team ever since 94-95 in the playoffs, literally playing in fear every single series ? You want them in the first round so you can take care of them, finish your nemesis and kill the enemy !! Keep your friends close, but your enemies even closer so bring em on !!!! It will be ugly but damnit we will win, we have home court advantage so even if it comes to game 7, there will be no more choking this time. No more 40+ losses and no more crying at the press conference. It will be a battlefield, blood and grit, bullets and bricks and only the strong survive. It's the one with the more will that will win the series. The one who is stronger, mentally and physically. We should have that in Yao and Artes, Yin & Yang. It's mind over matter, the spirit over the body so we will prevail. I would love the Jazz, Artest will be the X-factor and will determine whether we should resign him or not. If he throws away his talent, and goes 1 on 5 while playing like a p***y we should get rid of his ass. If he mans up, starts to throw some elbows, get some technicals and uses his body to his advantage we resign him. He should show the True Warrior spirit he supposedly would bring to this team, which he hasn't so far. We are still a team who gets rolled over like a bunch of p*****s. No more of that !! No more flopping by Battier and Scola, no more spinning around players by Scola but taking it strong to the hole, no more layups but straight up DUNKS, no more Hayes but Deke playing Center throwing elbows, no more avoiding contact but blocking some damn shots and draw some freaking fouls, no more taking crap from the refs but taking destiny in your own hands !!!! Bring everybody on, the Rockets have to show me they are men who take care of business. Who show the heart of a champion, who when backed down into a corner will come out firing and stronger than ever, pull together as a team and fight back, hustle all the way !!! I am still bitter about how the Rockets rolled over like p*****s in last year's playoffs with mainly Scola. He avoided contact like he was afraid the Jazz would infect him with HIV. Tracy infected the team probably with his p***y play, but no more !! It's time for some Mutombo spirit, the same he brought to the Nuggets who were much younger and far more inexperienced than this team. It's time for Yao to take the team on his back, be the Captain and lead. Give him the ball everytime down the court and when we get a freaking rebound, steal or block get some easy baskets. Run the fast break, run like the wind AB, Wafer, Scola !!! Let's do this
Exactly. Like Ron Artest said... "We're comin after everybody" These cowardice fans wanting us to lose to avoid Utah, that is the dumbest thing we could do is to tank the last game. Hang on for one more day all you scared fans! 1 more game and all the what ifs are silenced, the regular season will be over, and all 16 playoff teams will start off 0-0, and the Rockets will fight and give us a hell of a team to watch this postseason no matter who we play
