Is it just me or is wunderground's temps and forecasted temps usually off by a few degrees compared to other websites? Is weather.com better? I'm still trying to get used to the new layout on wunderground.
when i type in my zip code on weather.com, it gives me the temps at the airport when i type in my zip code on wunderground, it gives me the temps at a west houston station.
Weather Underground's forecasts are the official Houston/Galveston National Weather Service forecasts. I don't think weather.com (the Weather Channel) uses local meteorologists for their forecasts.
Yeah, but I use weather.com's TruePoint forecast where you can enter a specific address. I enter the address of the location that Wunderground uses as weather.com's address and the forecasted high temp for today has a 6 degree difference and the forecasted low has a 5 degree difference. That's a lot when you get around freezing.

27 in Katy right now...forecaster on channel 26 is showing radar with snow in the picture...patches of white out on the west side. "wintry mix falling in hempstead" already icy roads there.
