Wearing a hat while working out or playing basketball: Why does this bother me?

i guess i'm a douche sometimes then...b/c i sometimes do wear a hat and yes, it's to keep me from sweating into my eyes. and i wear it backwards. **** off.


i don't understand wearing the hat when lifting weights, but what's it to you what they wear on their head when working out?

 

the guy with handle 'fuzzybear' on this board plays with a rockets hat on at all times. but he's pretty good with the hat so oh well. we always rag on him for it

 

Um, what about baseball players. Pitchers sweat their asses off.

 

Just try and play football without your "hat."

 

Umm. Where is it okay to wear a hat?

 

They don't wear the caps on their asses.

Plus we're not going to mess with 148 years of tradition. and it was meant to shade the eyes from the sun

 

I always wear a hat while working out...

i work out first thing in the morning...rather than going to the gym with bed head or wasting time fixing my hair when i'll just be showering and redoing it after my workout... i wear a hat.

why the hell would wearing a hat irk anyone? you've got problems.

 

Perhaps. But I don't understand why MY wearing a hat to lift weights bothers YOU.

Why does other people wearing a hat bother you? That's just stupid. I don't think I'd ever wear a hat myself, but who cares if somebody else does?

To me...anybody who calls somebody else a douche for wearing a hat is even more of a douche for being bugged by such a thing. Who cares?

I've worn a hat to the Clutchfans basketball games before. And I think Macalu wore a blue one before. Sometimes I even wear a rice hat.

They help if you have long fuzzy hair and you haven't showered that morning. But forget the stupid hat... what about the cool bandanna that moes sometimes sport to the game?

 

If my hair is messed up...I just go to the gym with it messed up. I mean, it is the gym after all.

What do you care if someone wears a hat or not? It’s none of your G-D business!!!! Why don’t you just leave it alone? Is it something that happened in your childhood that makes you hate people who wear hats? You know, people don’t have to check with YOU before they get dressed in the morning. FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY, why do you care if someone wears a hat?!?!?!? You must be a miserable, miserable human being. You should seek help immediately. How do you sleep at night?
