    We needed Anderson to win as many games as we did and revitalize our perception around the league after two years ago ended so bad.

    You can just skim past that and act like it would've inevitably panned out the same.

    Ryan Anderson terrorized the entire city of Houston in the playoffs.

    He should have been traded to Guantanamo but even they want no part of him.

    how much did Morey doubling-down on 3s revive MDA's career, re-validate the league's confidence in his offense, turn Harden into a MVP and thus attract Chris Paul.

    imagine if we had resigned DMo and Dwight instead

    Worst case the Rockets will roll into the season with RYNO on the roster. It's not THAT bad. IF he happens to shoot at a great clip from the parking lot this season, I can think of worse scenarios the Rockets would be in.

    I wouldn't mind seeing RYNO gone but worst case we have him and EGO while adding CP3 at the minimum. First world problems to me....

    It won't matter because if we are stuck with Anderson a d miss out of prime candidates with him tying up the cap, we are still stuck between 2nd -4th place finish.

    I don't care for anything but the ring and stakes are higher once we got Chris Paul. It's going to hurt even more if we waste this pairing.

    We won a lot of games because of Ryan Anderson. Yes he wore down and played bad at the end of the season. Age and injury were definitely factors. Keep him around just like nene and limit his minutes. When he's fresh there's not many players that can space the floor like him.

    Did he say that? No! Ryan Anderson made a big difference on this team. A team that had the third best record in the League. You can't deny that. Well you could but it would make you look stupid.

    And again, there is a strong argument that pairing never even happens had Morey not doubled-down last Summer.

    A 3 point shooter doesn't cost 80 mil, we got him because of name recognition. He clearly sucks at everything but shooting, Wiltjer wouldn't have been much worse in that role.
