    Nobody was kicking and screaming for us to get him either last summer via free agency or before this year's trade deadline louder than me. The line of thinking was get a talented young player that can play minutes at either the 4/5 spot that's likely a starter in this league. That said, Morey went out and got a player that fits that exact description at a fraction of the cost. These things don't surprise me anymore. Dork Elvis, FTW! :)

    I certainly hope Darryl Morey executes a trade of Trevor Ariza or Shane Battier for Marcin Gortat this ofseason. The backup center position is more important to the Rockets, than any other NBA team, hence Gortat's salary is justified in my view.

    I don't think the OP was serious with the thread title. I think he was just pointing out that Gortat could do that dunk.

    Anyways, we should bring back Stromile. Dude was vicious.
