The entire month of February should have been easy (Dallas and Toronto were the only two .500+ teams this month). I predicted a 9-3 record, but instead the Rockets have gone 6-5 with Toronto up next. What I'm saying is that the Rockets have slacked off a bit lately and they need to pick it up now if they want to get that homecourt advantage in the first round.
All I can see now is that Dallas, Phoenix and Spurs are just rolling past everyone they play, whilst we are losing to teams like Atlanta and Boston... bad signs for when we have to face them in the playoffs...
We just need the big guy back. We were over-achieving and now were obviously coming back down to earth. Its frustrating to lose to average teams but we just have to watch the Lakers and others creeping up behind us.
Rockets are definitely realizing how GOOD they are. Not GOOD enough to beat Atlanta, Boston, Toronto. 3 East teams... THIS THREAD needs to die.
ok seriously, i'm not like a very superstitious person, never have been in my life. but for the love of all things holy lock this thread up
