Really? Jalen's averaging more in his second year than Evans ever did, he's also only got 3 less 30 pt games in his career in 1 and a half seasons than Evans had in his entire career. Both Green and Bari have higher ceilings than Alp and Tari, but they were not developed correctly. Stepping into NBA, they were the starters and they didn't need to earn anything. When they had bad games, they still got the same minutes. Look at Silas's rotation tonight, whoever got hot whoever got benched. I'm not saying Silas was trying to lose the game, but he never make in-game rotations or bench players if they are not performing (except benching Alp). What happen is that, when Green and Smith in a slump, they kept forcing their shots and hope they could find their rhythm. That's all wrong. You should keep shooting only if you are open, not forcing shots when you are cold. Jabari missed shots and turned the ball over and over tonight, he still got his minutes. Toronto wasn't better than us, the only reason they won was because they fed the hot hands. We never did that. We played like everyone is a free agent this summer, you score and now it's my turn. They don't treat the game seriously. Anyway, we need a coach to hold these high draft picks accountable and better sooner than later.
