Correct..... they just pay or not pay the Rockets players on the court. And they are in the wrong industry during Covid. Which is what we would be doing if Harden demands a trade after a year or two so we have to settle for something worse. We've seen the limitations of a generational player like Harden in the playoffs so I am not as impressed as you are. Harden needs a specific type of costar and that ain't happening. If we are tied by the cap and bad contracts, where's the path to win in the next year or two? Having Ben Simmons would go along way in alleviating that. We don't know how he really feels, Philly could be the one of the teams he's cool with. Cool..... sucks we won't have cap space to take advantage of that for next season or two.
