Wow, this is gotta be the worst officiated game ever. I really hope Crawford won't be our ref comes the playoffs.

He did... but he looks much worse when he whines and complains on the court for several calls throughout every game.

There's a STUPID inconsistent standard when it comes to NBA referees, and it only gets magnified in the playoffs.

What do you mean bogus technical? Crawford is the most easy going official out there. But laughing at his use of the whistle shows no sign of respect whatsoever.

And it's Ginoboli who is the flopping machine.

I can't stand the Spurs type of play at all. I can't stand Finley's face either. Maybe that's why I detested the Mavs back in 05 more than any other team. Ever since he left I started to respect Dallas. Damn Spurs.

I find it funny that Horry was laughing just as hard (and was still laughing after Duncan was tossed).

Does Horry ever know what's going on in the regular season? What a space cadet.

What the hell? Do Spurs fans follow their team wherever they go. They are so annoying. It's not even cheering, it's more like screaming. Well at least it's not like in Houston where Spurs fans are louder than the Rockets'

And Devin Harris follows suit too...got the offensive call on what should've been at best a no-call and at worst a block. That's why he's an allstar flopper.

    @Nick: I don't think Robert Horry cares.

    Horry is a smart man.

Rings are won in playoffs, not regular season.

And he has 6 of them.....

6 more than all of our players and coaches combined.

We had one who had a ring but we traded him to get to a nice round 0.

He is smart... he only signs with contending teams that can afford his lackadasical regular seasons.

He never signed with Houston. He was drafted.

His first 2 rings were in Houston.

The Lakers hadnt won anything until Horry came onboard.

The Spurs I will give you....

In any case, you are right he is smart.

Devious but smart and above all, a WINNER!

He is clutch in playoffs. I would rather have a player shine in playoffs than do well in regular season and disappear in playoffs.

    Which would you prefer?

    He plays for winning teams.

Losing teams would have zero use for him because his 7.4 career PPG average, and half-ass regular season effort, means squat.

Yes... he was drafted by the Rockets. But when Hakeem wasn't MVP calibur anymore, they couldn't afford to have an unreliable forward like Horry playing big minutes, and traded him for somebody who could. (hell, if they had their way, they would have traded him the year BEFORE for Sean Elliot).

Horry has been fortunate... and he has come up big in some playoff games... but to say he's a winner like Hakeem was a winner, or Jordan was a winner, or Magic was a winner, or even John Salley was a winner... is a huge mis-statement.

Only works on teams that have enough super-human talent to get them through the regular season with zero contributions from Horry. The Rockets haven't had that since Hakeem's prime.

Duncan got a bad call, and then later went out of the game. While he was sitting on the bench he apparently said something to the effect of "the ball doesn't lie", and Crawford teed him up. Obviously everyone was shocked by the call, but then Tim Duncan is amused apparently. Another trip down the floor, Crawford sees Duncan laughing and tosses him out of the game.

Yeah, that's really how it went down.

Yay! Dallas won something for us.

Hopefully we'll see a watered down Suns tomorrow.
