We need a tough player who will set a tone, but there aren't a lot of these players in today's nba anymore
this i was hoping a trade with the Celtics last month who have everything we need: deadeye shooter: they had Courtney Lee (.498/.433) athletic defender: Lee / Bass backup center: Faverani floor general point guard: Rondo had we pulled a Asik+Lin+DMo+Smith+picks for Rondo+Lee+Bass+Faverani trade we'd solve all our problems. oh... almost forgot a coach who can coach
^ | The truth. Cisco is cool but he isn't gonna fight or make baskets. TJones sort of reminds me of Lizardman from Soul Calibur, but he needs to keep a low profile for the rest of the season to shake off the homeless stomper label. That dude is a beast though. He gets more boards than Dwight consistently.
Smith has the strength and size. Bev should spend some time counseling him to instill the proper attitude.
You may hate him, but I love him. Matt Barnes does not back down, can shoot the three, moves well without the ball and backs his team up regardless of the consequence.
I wanted him. Ending games with Howard-Parsons-Barnes-Harden-Lin/Bev would've been great. Doesn't back down against star opponents, will crash the glass, hits the 3, gets out on the break, etc. Issue is he wanted more $, and the Rockets are staying away from bad character guys as a whole.
Matt Barnes? Him of all people? He is a joke. Unless his GF is out there for him to beat up (like he does in real life) he ain't worth jack.
