I'm not worried, even if dream's scenario DOES turn out that way. We will have the best team regardless. And like other posters have cited, the Suns have lost more than Amare this year- they have lost serious depth. And Nash is getting older. And how many players come into the league and make a serious difference their first year? So if they draft a play maker, it will still be 3-4 years before he makes a difference, and by that time, the Rockets stars will be in the absolute prime of their careers. Or maybe the Suns make a trade with that high draft pick- so what? They won't get a huge difference maker with only a #1 pick. They would need to package some of their own impact players to get one. And they lost their trade-bait this offseason.

Given all of that, I'm not worried in the least. And this is coming from a fan of the team that has had the best luck with that scenario- Hakeem and Yao.
